For HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing business owners in Jackson with $2M–$20M in annual revenue

A sales pitch isn’t a diagnosis: Before you buy more leads, find out what happens to the ones you already paid for

The GAP Integrity Report examines your public reviews and website for signs of operational gaps, then gives you practical checks and a 90-day plan to help you decide where to focus.

Use it to choose one issue to check with your team before committing to another investment. Each finding is a starting point to investigate: your own records will help you confirm what is happening and decide which fix comes first.

The spending decision

How did they decide you needed more leads?

Imagine someone recommends a bigger ad budget before asking what happens to the calls you already get.

Maybe more leads are exactly what you need. But if estimates aren't being followed up, another campaign could send more people into the same gap.

That's an example, not a diagnosis of your business. The point is to check before choosing the fix.

The same question applies to new software or another hire: which problem would that investment solve?

Where to look first

The gap may be between the steps.

A customer calls. Someone takes the details. Another person sends the estimate or arranges the visit.

If the next action isn't clear, that conversation can stall. When you're handling today's jobs, it can be hard to see where that happened.

We look for public signals that suggest a closer look at booking, pricing or dispatch. They give us questions to investigate before we recommend a solution.

Inside your report

A starting point for your next decision.

Your customized GAP Integrity Report includes:

Evidence you can trace

Relevant findings from the public information examined, with the source and reasoning explained.

Gaps you can check

Possible operational gaps and specific checks to help confirm or rule them out.

Estimates with assumptions

Opportunity estimates where there is a defensible basis, with the assumptions shown.

A plan for the next 90 days

A practical 90-day plan you can discuss with your team.

What the report can tell you

There may not be enough evidence to identify a particular gap or put a number on it. We won't turn missing information into a confident conclusion.

If you aren't eligible for a customized report, you'll receive a general checklist instead.

How to judge a finding

Follow the evidence before accepting the conclusion.

Illustrative example, not a customer result:

A business offers estimates, and a customer asks for one. But suppose a review says the estimate never arrived. That gives us a reason to check what happened between the request and the follow-up.

The review is the starting point. The next check is whether the estimate was prepared, sent and received, and whether someone followed up.

That review doesn't establish a lost sale. It also doesn't tell us how often the problem occurs. Your internal records would be needed to answer those questions.

If the report includes an opportunity calculation, it will show the assumed job value and frequency behind it. Potential revenue is not the same as profit or verified lost revenue.

Our approach

Understand the process before prescribing the fix.

Our approach draws on process-mapping work: talking with decision makers, following how work moves and examining where responsibilities stop connecting.

The founder also brings 17 years building trading and risk-calculation systems on Wall Street. That background informs how we investigate complex processes and check the assumptions behind a finding.

For your business, that means you should be able to follow the reasoning: what we saw, what it could mean and what still needs checking.

Before you request it

Is this another recommendation to buy more marketing?

We start by examining the public evidence and identifying what deserves checking. You may still decide to invest in marketing. The report gives you a clearer starting point for that decision.

Why do I need to check eligibility?

The customized report requires research into an individual business. We check eligibility before beginning that work. If you don't qualify, you'll receive a general checklist rather than a customized report.

Can reviews really tell you how much money I'm losing?

Not by themselves. Reviews can identify concerns worth investigating. Any opportunity estimate uses stated assumptions; actual frequency, revenue and profit need internal records to verify.

Do I have to book a call?

No. If you're eligible, replying YES to our email starts report preparation. A walkthrough call is optional and doesn't determine whether you receive the report.

Do you need my passwords or accounting access?

No. The initial report uses public information. A deeper audit would have a separate agreed scope.

When will I receive the report?

After you're found eligible and reply YES, we'll communicate next steps in the same email conversation. A delivery date isn't promised on this page.

Can I use it with my own team?

Yes. The report includes checks and a 90-day plan you can discuss with your team. Any further work with us is a separate decision.
